Use of Platform
Horse Monk provides stable management tools, RaceMonk race-day interfaces, and marketplace utilities for informational and operational purposes. You agree to use the platform only for lawful activities tied to your racing or stable operations.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, safeguarding credentials, and ensuring anyone you invite is authorized to access your workspace. We may suspend access if we detect misuse or security concerns.
Acceptable Use
Do not attempt to reverse engineer, overload, or disrupt Horse Monk systems. Avoid using the platform for betting advice, market manipulation, or any activity that violates racing regulations or third-party rights.
Intellectual Property
Horse Monk retains ownership of the platform, RaceMonk software, branding, and underlying technology. You retain ownership of the horse data, analysis, and content you import or create within your workspace.
Limitation of Liability
Horse Monk provides tools and insights without promises of outcomes. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use, and aggregate liability is limited to fees paid for the applicable term.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend access if you breach these terms or fail to pay contracted fees. You may cancel by contacting us; upon termination we will guide you through data export steps consistent with your agreement.
