We collect account details (name, email, organization), team assignments, stable rosters, activity logs, device details, and in-product notes that you choose to store across Horse Monk and RaceMonk. Submitted forms and recorded calls or demos are stored to honor your requests.
How We Use Information
Data powers authentication, stable management modules, RaceMonk race-day outputs, analytics, customer support, and roadmap planning. Aggregated insights help tune the platform, but we do not sell personal information or stable intelligence.
Data Ownership
Your team owns the horse data, preparation notes, marketplace activity, and account content stored in Horse Monk. We process it only to provide the services you ask for and retain it according to contract or regulatory requirements.
Data Sharing
We share information only with vetted infrastructure providers (hosting, analytics, communications) bound by confidentiality. We may disclose information if required by law or to enforce platform terms. We never share racing intelligence for advertising purposes.
Security
Horse Monk uses encrypted transport, role-based access, activity logging, and secure development reviews to keep data protected. Internal access is limited to authorized personnel supporting your workspace.
Your Rights
You may request access, corrections, exports, or deletion of your data. We honor regional privacy regulations and partner agreements. Some requests may affect our ability to provide services that depend on that data.
